The Sapling & the Autumn Storm
Some say that there are men of power, from my point of view only nature has pure power. If you are lucky you see it, if you are unfortunate you will not.
Each post is more inspiring than the last. I drew my kitchen today, from my point at the table, only because each of your drawings teaches me a bit more about simplicity and pure composition.
Thank you Darla, high praise indeed coming from someone of your skill. Composition is something that sometimes seems to be a little lost in an age of photoshop and cgi. I love the work of many traditional artists, the way they carefully lead the eye around an image to points of relevance. I will look forward to seeing more of your work as you get chance to put it online.
